The staff at House of beauty are always very accommodating. Especially Leah. I have been to the salon many times for eyelash and eyebrow treatments. I always leave the salon very happy with my experience. The price is fantastic, they’re always on time and the staff are always happy to have a chat and make you feel welcome. My appointment was at 4:10 and the friendly ladies let me start my appointment 20 mins early which was very convenient for me. They also made conversation with me during my service which I loved. The service in general was amazing and did not fail to perfect my nails and toenails. Will definitely come back here. Recommend highly

Honestly just awful, (I got classic eyelashes done) not only was she on her phone half of the time but after I left and checked the quality, she had glued all of my eyelashes together to the point I couldn't brush them out without pulling chunks of my own eyelashes as well as the chunks of false eyelashes glued together. She did not use it to check the time as I could hear her messaging on her phone constantly and it kept on buzzing right next to my head. I didn't complain because I am not one to usually complain but this is far beyond ridiculous, my eyelashes have come out in junks and I've had an actual trained professional look at my eyelashes not so long ago and even they told me they can't do my eyelashes until my own eyelashes have grown out because they are literally GONE. Just don't go here.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Before leaving this review, I contacted the salon to ask for a refund - rejected and without even apology. There was a relatively big gap between the beginning of acrylic nail and natural nail - after 3 days it looked like i have nails for 2 weeks, as you can see on the photo. After 3 days, the first nail fell off... After 4 days few nails started to detach from the surface of the nail (down part of the nail), i could hardly do anything like that. I did my nails in many other salons, and i clearly know what is bad work =it is this. I didn't do almost any work in the last 10 days that could affect nails.

Absolutely amazing service even if there is an issue it is rectified immediately. Friendly staff also!
