Had my eyebrows done was drawn out in pencil and I confirmed it was OK. She went way beyond the lines. The end was very much taken off on one eyebrow and left fine on the other. The ends should never be taken off... One eyebrow big the other significantly smaller. So sad because I explained to her my every need, that I want barely anything taken off. No after care after doing my eyebrows and loose hairs all over my face. The service costs 10 pounds so you expect a decent service... Also, inbetween of threading answered a client call without apology or any communication and without cleaning hands. Was given 3 pounds discount but now I have to regrow my eyebrows to make up for this issue......

Lovely little place! Lady who gave me a massage was lovely, felt so relaxed. Near enough fell asleep. Highly recommended 💗

I done my foundation anti wrinkle and filler course with stacey, who is absolutely amazing at what she does. Couldn’t have wished for better trainer. Now doing my advanced course. Always there to help any time of day or night if needed. Would 100% recommend. Leanne

I love coming to Lotus Health & Beauty - I know I will be well looked after and can relax while I am there. Furthermore, Sarb and the team make an excellent effort to ensure social distancing and safety measures are in place to put your mind further at rest. I have had successful laser treatment and Sarb always ensure that she has taken care of every last detail on any other treatment you receive. I highly recommend.
