Fantastic gym and pool, very clean during the pandemic and they're managing the pandemic well. The team are all very friendly and helpful!

Great Venue, Excellent Staff & I highly recommend you visit & join! Staff Communicate Well, Always Polite & Helpful and Understanding & Covid Guidelines clearly visible & in place. Clean & Tidy. I look forward to each visit

Small gym, but not a lot of people using it. A little pricey but the Sauna and Pool compensate for the value.

I have recently joined this health club and have been impressed so far. I really enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere, the staff are efficient and keen to help. The facilities are spotlessly clean and well maintained with a decent sized swimming pool. I’m enjoying my visits and so glad I chose this club in the centre of Cardiff.

All things considered, this is one of the best health clubs in Cardiff and probably the best value. It doesn’t have that feel of luxury, one may expect from a spa, due to neglected maintenance. Not huge things but little things do matter eg water fountain in female changing room has not worked for a couple of years, shower doors don’t lock or even close properly, there are only a few loungers which are always reserved with towels, this selfish behaviour is never challenged etc. It is such a shame because it wouldn’t take too much to make it lovely. Quite sad really!
