Really easy to deal with over the phone and by email. Heather was very helpful in explaining my options and ensuring the tub would fit into our back garden. The tub arrived on a trailer and was expertly manoeuvred into position. The team set it all up with minimum input from us. I received a detailed email on how to managed the water including instructions for chlorination and pH testing. The Tub was in excellent condition and of great quality - with lights and multiple jet options. Having it for the week in the February after the recent snow fall made if feel like we were in a ski-resort. Truly unforgettable experience. Thoroughly recommend.

Massively impressed with Heather and Jon and the service they provided. They emailed us a reminder that our full annual service was coming up (very helpful) and now the hot tub is gleaming! Very thorough and spent a lot more time and effort than well known hot tub service companies. We also received a full post-service report for our record, together with some great tips and advice on further maintenance. Will definitely be using them again. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely brilliant service from Heavenly Hot Tubs. We picked the Mt Cascade after getting great advice from Jon and we love it. Jon, Heather and their apprentice took care of the whole install which involved a tricky delivery. Great knowledge of the product and easy to follow instructions, can't fault the whole process. Jon and his team were great. They handled 2 hot tub installs for us at 2 holiday let properties. There was some date changes on our part which they accommodated without issue. The access for 1 install was particularly tricky but they assured us that if we prepped the site per their instruction they would manage to get the tub in and set up. We have been pleased with the service and the product (2 viking spas, both a different internal & external colour), wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heavenly Hot Tubs Group Ltd or use them in future ourselves

After hiring a hot tub from Heavenly Hot Tubs we decided we had to get our own. After months of work done in our garden we were finally in a position to order our very own tub and and knew Heavenly Hot Tubs was the company to go with. Our Vortex Mercury was delivered today and we received exceptional customer service from start to finish. We cannot fault them at all. We have just spent a relaxing night in our hot tub and know this wouldn't have been possible without the service we received from Jon and Heather. From initial enquiry to final installation Jon & Heather from Heavenly HotTubs get 5 stars from us. The quality of the Vortex Neon is superb. Their knowledge & experience shone through and nothing was a problem for them. From ordering to installation was within the week and all went very smoothly on the day. Installation only too a few hours and They explained everything to us before leaving. They are also just at the end of the phone if we need any help or questions we forgot to ask them. I would totally recommend Heavenly Hot Tubs to anyone thinking of buying one. They also do maintenance when required. Thanks guys nice doing business with you.
