Have tried to book a massage using vouchers from the clinic I have purchased. Each time I have been told they are not doing massages due to current covid guidelines only face treatments and to phone back end of September /October. Lo and behold today you gave a friend of mine a massage and you're also now selling Groupon vouchers for massages that your able to book immediately. Cannot get any answer on the phone as when you call it days voicemail of their on training today so you hang up...but if you stay on the phone a few seconds more it rings through to them but again no answer . Will be contacting trading standards !!!

Got a phone call from Gemma on the day of my appointment to be told someone had called in sick so would need to move one of my appointments from 2pm to 1pm. (I had 2 appointments booked at 2pm for myself and my daughter). Unfortunately due to the COVID restrictions only one person was allowed into the clinic at once and my daughter would have to wait outside or wander round the town for 1hour. I said no this was not acceptable as she was only a child. I was then told I would need to pay a £20 supplement per person to move this appointment. I said no. This was bought by my son for my daughters birthday and my Mother’s Day present from Groupon. The clinic have put up when I booked the appointment that the voucher has been redeemed which it hasn’t and now I cannot get a refund. I will not be using GROUPON again and certainly not the clinic. Totally disappointed with them.
