This is a great facility with a pool, plenty of exercise rooms and classes and a very good spa facility. There is a restaurant with a good choice of food and plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options. My only suggestion for visitors would be to take plenty of water with you. In the spa they did offer cups of water but not really enough to avoid dehydration.

GREAT PLACE. NOT A GYM BUT AN EXPERIENCE. YOUR PAYING FOR WHAT YOU GET. SOMEWHERE YOU CAN SWITCH OFF AND HAVE ME TIME. LITERALLY A SPA OUTSIDE THE CITY RATHER THAN A REGULAR GYMN. BUT ALSO TOP QUALITY FACILITIES TO BURN THOSE CALORIES AND A PLACE YOU WANT TO COME BACK TO. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO REGULAR GYMNS

This is my local health club and spa. I use it regularly and have no complaints. Well run, covid precautions taken, members are diligent in wiping down equipment before and after use. Mixture of age groups attend which is always good to see, not just those with the body beau and there to pose.

I went to the bannatyne spa in Solihull assuming it would be nice due to the location and reputation of the spa. I am absolutely shocked at how poor this spa is and the customer service is absolutely atrocious. We were the only ones wearing a headscarf and noticed how differently we were treated compared to everyone else. We were given a tour of the spa but weren't taken around like the other people there were. My facial and back message was the worst I've ever experienced. Just the general feel of how we were treated is disgusting and there was quite obviously an element of racism that played a part. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!

It could do with deep cleaning and regular cleaning going forward. I can see a guy hoovering the gym every day, yet all the gym mirrors havent been touched for months if not years. Gym selfie - not possible cause its embarassig to post such pic anywhere.
