I damaged a toe, and the loose nail had been causing me excruciating pain. Mary was brilliant: she was reassuring and highly efficient; she cleaned it up, and removed the nail expertly- and painlessly! She showed me how to clean and bandage it daily, and a week later gave me the all clear. I can't thank her enough.
