Avoid avoid avoid! I went there for treatment “fluffy brows”, she removed my brows on the left side and there is a bald patch! She shaped my brows, left & right are totally different This is a person that you cannot rely on, she calls herself professional. Treatment was done 3 days ago, it’s gone already, only waxed patch left. She refused to give a receipt, only accepts cash. She refused to refund me for the treatment which she screwed and now I need permanent brows treatment because of her. Charged extra £5 for a sample of serum which doesn’t work. I don’t know when all these positive opinions come from. I live nearby, none of my friends have been there I was there for the first time and I will advise my friends to never go there!! Please avoid this place, a huge mistake that I used her service, never again!!!

Simmy done the most wonderful job with my lash lift. She made me feel totally welcome and took the appropriate safety measures regarding the virus. Simmy also spent extra time on my lashes making sure they were separated and looked the best they possibly could - you can so tell she cares about her customers and her craft.
