Received a facial treatment from Eden who is sweet and amazing at what she does. The salon itself was chic and the reception was helpful. So happy with the results. My skin is so much smoother.

Lovely beauty salon in a very central location. Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They have a very wide selection of advanced facials which is why i go there. The therapists are really well trained and very professional. This is the only salon I would consider going to in Edinburgh these days, they are way ahead of anywhere else I have tried.

Treated my mum to a massage here for her birthday. She suffers from terrible hip pain and the lady who did the massage relieved the pain in minutes and helped allow my mum to enjoy the rest of her birthday pain-free which was an absolute joy for her. Great staff, great location, very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Lovely salon with great treatments entirely deserving of the many awards. All the therapists are polite, smart and great at what they do, with a special mention to Hannah for the great treatments over the years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had my nails done here. The people were nice and the decoration was relaxing. They offer refreshments which was lovely.

Excellent experience. Jennifer was amazing and professional. I felt listened and understood. She performed HD brows and eye lash lift, and for the first time in ages I was happy with the results. Excellent customer service from start to finish with exact results as wished. Highly recommend!

I visited Zen for a custom facial. The consultation was fantastic and gave me a tailored facial. I was also recommended to use a product called Skinade. This has really improved the condition of my skin!
