If you're looking for an authentic Mancunian experience, look no further than Native Manchester at DUCIE STREET WAREHOUSE! This Industrial Revolution era warehouse has been transformed into comfortable apartments keeping with the industrial style! The staff are always happy to help and super friendly! Great Place To Stay!

Great place to stay, best of both worlds in that it's a Hotel and Appartment. Very tidy and modern and couldn't fault any of it. Parking is a plus and at a very reasonable price of £5 for 24hrs. If you looking for a place to stay in Manchester this should be right up there.

Really disappointed with Native Manchester and would not recommend. I stayed at the beginning of September and over a month later I still haven't received my security deposit back. I have chased and they have basically told me it's not their problem. £45 is a lot of money! I won't be returning and urge everyone who stays here to check they actually received their deposit back. (I would like to add they room was left in immaculate condition).

Location is really good for city centre and nightlife. Rooms are massive and very very well appointed . We had a two bed premium, and bedrooms were maybe twice the size of a normal hotel room, huge beds. Lounge area with kitchen and dinning room was really nice and spacious - maybe not as spacious as it looked on the photo's but still big. Overall super impressed, best hotel I have stayed in in the UK by far (and I have stayed in all the usual chains a lot). Common areas also really really nice. There is a secure two level car park underneath the hotel. We pre-booked on hotel website and it only cost £15 for three nights/four days.

The receptionists asked for HR to send an email to them to prove the stay was for business. I did that and both the receptionists were a disgrace. This is the first review I have left for anything ever. As a community art space and club owner in town And having been in this town doing business before Native arrived, being treated this way I think as their brand ambassadors the staff on front desk should be ashamed of themselves and don’t deserve the right to answer phone calls on behalf of the company. Stay away, I am only assuming I woke them up from their sleep because they have nothing to do.

We stayed here for our sons 21st Birthday. From the moment we arrived we were delighted with the building, the location, staff, car park and checking in process. Chrissy booked us in and she was so helpful. The view of all the rooms when you come out of the lift is impressive. What a building! Communal areas were so clean. On entering our apartment, we were blown away. Our son loved it so much, he wanted to move in. The room was facing the side street and we stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night, so it was lovely and quiet. The bar area was welcoming and comfortable, seemed to be a good place to meet up with friends. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Native!! 😊

Absolutely lovely place to stay with our dog - they are extremely dog friendly - made a huge fuss of Nahla. The premium studio was large and spacious, extremely clean and had everything you need for a stay with a dog. The parking was simple, check in simple, very busy lounge and restaurant - also dog friendly - food was excellent - espresso needs improvement! A frying pan in the kitchenette would be useful.

Incredible building tastefully refurbished, with excellent standards of accommodation. The new restaurant- Warehouse at Ducie St, was also very good with well prepared and high quality dishes. The only downsides were the bar stocks - no draft beers due to a lack of gas, then the bottled lager sold out (on a quiet Monday night !!), and the lack of parking. There is basement parking, but it was full with general public (non residents). Not a big deal as there is convenient surface parking on Dale St, which was a short walk. But a great place that I would recommend, with the previous reservations.

This was a great experience and the facilities in room are excellent, clean and well appointed. The furnishings and the bed are all well looked after and comfortable and the kitchen space had everything you need. The location is an easy walk to access the bars, restaurants and shops in the city centre and there are several local supermarkets nearby. Loved it and the lobby has a nice vibe in the evening with a DJ most nights and all the staff were helpful and efficient. Definitely will stay again.

The team at Native Manchester are incredibly helpful and accommodating. It’s a nice touch that they always remember me when I check in and leave a little note or treat in my room, as a regular guest. The rooms are also delightful. Nice and spacious whilst feeling homely. The restaurant and bar below have an amazing vibe and the food is fantastic. Just love this place!
