Had an appointment booked and turned up at the time stated and the lady did not know and wasnt prepared for my arrival. Could hear the lady speaking on the phone to her supervisor and moaning about doing a full head and not having any gloves in. Moreover I felt like she pulled faces behind my back and was trying to overide my opinion. Paid a lot of money for it, did get what I wanted in the end but unhappy with the way it was dealt with. Glad it's closed down on Wilmslow road. So unprofessional!

I thought that the staff could've acted more friendly and polite as they were handling my hair roughly and that wasn't appreciated. Morevoer, there wasn't someone to answer the phone for my appointment. On the other hand, I did like how they offered me advice and support on what hairstyle would suit me and how to take care of it. I also got henna done and it was amazing in terms of the design. Overall, decent if you have a hard exterior to not care about how you're treated.

I have been going to radiant for many years now, really professional friendly staff always looking out for what is best for their customers. Impeccable service couldn't fault it, and competitively priced too! Thank you Humera and team.
