Gracie J’s Hair & Spa oxford

I never really leave reviews but felt I needed to about this place... This afternoon I had one of the best spa experiences I have had. There’s such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere inside, with calm music and lovely touches everywhere. The lady who did my pedicure (Adele I think?) was so thorough and sweet (and gave an awesome foot massage at the end). Really friendly people. Would highly recommend.

The spa is a beautiful place to visit for a relaxing treat! Sarah on reception is very welcoming and helpful. As you go in, you are offered water at room temperature or cooled. This, along with classical music and the aroma of scented oils, all add to the relaxing experience. I’ve had my eyebrows shaped and tinted a number of times by Adele recently. She has been very attentive and I’ve been extremely pleased with the results. I will continue to go there to maintain my brows. I also plan to book in some facials and massages to really benefit from some ‘me’ time! I’ve have my hair done at the Gracie J’s hair salon for over 6 years now and I have to say, I love coming to the salon too. All members of staff are very welcoming and make you feel special. I always leave feeling refreshed. I would definitely recommend both the spa and the hair salon to anyone looking for a pick me up! Keep up the good work Team Gracie J’s!

This Salon is amazing ! So kind and caring and very accommodating. All the staff are friendly. Tanya cuts my hair and I love her. She does a fantastic job. She has advised me on my colour and my hair is so much better for it. I fully recommend this Salon, so if you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience whilst having your hair done, this is the place to go !

Great salon all round. In recent times I have had my hair cut by both Uma and Adam, and found both to be highly skilled (and lovely people!). I have entrusted them with fairly radical re-styles of my hair. They really understood my requests, and advised me fantastically well, to achieve cuts that really suit my hair type and my face. On top of this all the staff are welcoming, fun, professional. I have never had my hair cut by Tanya but I have noticed that she seems to have great rapport with her customers. All the staff work hard to create a happy and comfortable environment. Definitely the best salon I have been to. Several friends come here too and recommend it. I have not used the spa, but also heard it highly recommended.

I can’t believe the experience I have been given here ! It was professional The people was so kind and very sweet. They took time their time to do my facial and it was worth the money for sure !!!! It was an hour and they took all the dead skin of and made me feel so welcome. All staff so kind and caring and very patient . Adele who is therapist did an amazing job she’s the one who did my facial and I recommended anyone who gets it done to get it done by her. She made me feel so good and spent her time with me ! I have even booked another appointment here I can’t wait to go back. So far the best place I have been . They do massages also to which I heard are brilliant. Overall very satisfied .

Diane really knows hair. I have lived nearby this salon for a number of years and tried them recently and will definitely be returning. Diane did a fantastic job.

Absolutely lovely salon. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They've adapted so well to COVID restrictions (hopefully that will all be over soon!) but I always feel incredibly safe. Diane is a magician with colour and cutting, and it's incredible value compared to some of the city centre salons. I can't recommend it enough! 10/10.

Absolutely fabulous. I love it here. The staff are so professional and are taking all precautions throughout this awful pandemic. If you have any doubts about visiting a spa in these times then I want to reassure you that you’re safety is their upmost priority and you will walk away feeling fabulous 😊
