Very happy with our visit to banatynes. Still very helpful and friendly. Comfortable surroundings. Spa area very welcoming and relaxing. Sadly was unable to use the jacuzzi but this did not spoil our visit

Very disappointing experience for my visit. I arrived for my much looked forward to massage at 16.11 which was in plenty of time for my 16.30 appointment and arriving 15 minutes early as requested. I arrived at the spa desk where one member of staff was with a client doing nails and another hovering around the pedicure chair. There was no welcome and I stood around for a few minutes being ignored. Another client walked in and I followed her down to the relaxation area. While in this area, another clients phone rang loudly and I had to listen to a long, confidential conversation! Not very relaxing. I laid there until 16.42 with still no interaction with any staff so I went back to reception area and asked the nail technician what was happening. My therapist arrived and took me to her room apologising that she had to change rooms. To finish off this stressful time, somebody walked in to the room while I was having my massage. This was definitely not the relaxing massage I had looked forward to. I asked to speak to the manager who had gone home, I left my number and was assured he would phone me on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I have heard nothing. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction and customer services.

Great place to exercise and socialise. I love the pilates classes. So friendly, and trainer Debbie is just the best one I've had! Dropped a star because the infrastructure around the pool area is in great need of refurbishment, but has been overlooked so far, despite the hike in membership fees.

Very nice time in the spa but would of been nice to be forewarned that the sauna and steam room was out of service in the morning. The staff where great and overall had a relaxing day
