PURE Spa & Beauty (Bristol)

Just had “the works” done by Danielle and Sara (hope I got this right) and it was amazing. They were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming I’ll definitely be back again. Sara was brilliant and telling me what products would be good to use on my skin. The massage and facial were so relaxing, it was easily the best I have ever had. The atmosphere was a perfect balance of professional and warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to return. Pure Spa will now be my local salon for all my beauty needs! Thank you so much.

I had a spa day package today with Jodie- which included an all over massage, a facial and a manicure. IT WAS ALL AMAZING! Jodie was professional, friendly and really easy to talk with, also super helpful when I had just had my nails done! The massage especially was extremely relaxing, and was exactly what I had asked for. Top Mark's, definitely worth going!

Sara was so friendly and did a fab job - my nails are perfect and it was a really relaxing experience. I somehow managed to fall over on my walk to the spa and Sara showed genuine concern and kindness. She went above and beyond and I will definitely be back!

If you are in need of a massage, I highly recommend Lucy! She is an absolute massage queen. Really good service and I always feel so relaxed and so much better afterwards. All the products are really nice and overall really happy with the whole experience.

I never had worse experience in my life. Just terrible. It is not place to do manicure. She struggled for an hour to remove my gel polish which is ok, I don't complain about that. However she did not shape my nails, didn't cut cuticles, just put nail polish on it on this terrible uneven way. It looked ridiculous. I paid 50 £ for this!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else. This is not good place.

All good, I had a whole body massage. Everyone was really nice. The only thing I’d change is to dim the light a bit, it was too bright for me in the room. Also music could’ve been bit more louder.
