Absolutely appalled that CHRISTINE...the elderly volunteer behind the counter should whisper to her

1/ 5

Absolutely appalled that CHRISTINE...the elderly volunteer behind the counter should whisper to her manager..."has she put the dress back that she tried on"....referring to my daughter..a young mother of 2. When tackled ...we were told they had to be vigilant...Iasked if it would be said about an older customer...she refused to answer. DISGUSTED that my daughter should be discriminated against because of her age. And then be laughed at by CHRISTINE...when we got upset. To believe that my daughter would steal a £4 dress frim a CHARITY shop..because she's young....is beyond belief. I will not be returning....we have both bern regular customers for a very long time.
