The Belmont Hotel

Six of us enjoyed anexcellent Sunday lunch in the Belmont on Sunday. The roast dinners, the hake and desserts were exceptional. I'm so lucky to call Sidmouth my home, so I'll definitely return.

Just had a Devon High Tea at the Belmont. Very nice, well organised and a very subtle service. Top marks.

Helpful staff. Good covid procedures. Swift service had a cream tea very reasonable prices. Comfortable in a traditional way.

Just had a fantastic 4 day Christmas break at the hotel. Food, accommodation and attention to detail by staff excellent. A most enjoyable time was had by all of our party of 4. Nothing was too much trouble. Can highly recommend a visit to The Belmont Hotel. Sidmouth.

Great food. We stayed for the boxing day lunch. A little slow on the drinks orders. Had to ask 3 times before the drinks arrived

Having stayed regularly at this hotel for the past 17 years this was our first visit since the recent pandemic. Despite being slightly apprehensive we were so relieved that the same high standards have been maintained. The staff still as friendly, the food still as delicious, the cleanliness top class and the atmosphere still welcoming and gracious. Well done the Belmont! Despite covid 19 and all the extra precautions you're obliged to take, you're still an amazing place to stay.

An excellent well run hotel. Very good position surrounded by well kept gardens Staff were very competent and friendly,food was excellent Room Very comfortable with a sea view They provided us with a fridge to keep medicines cool which was much appreciated Will definitely return
