Excellent stay. Very safe feeling. All social distancing measures in place and adhered to. Friendly staff who were very helpful especially when I realised I had checked out leaving my car key in the room! Bed was one of the comfiest I have slept on in a long time and the room was spotless. No noise from the rooms either side despite the hotel being full the first night. Was nervous about staying in a hotel again but I needn't have worried. Well done Jury's Inn.

Very nice location, somewhat clean, decent price, good reception and very good Covid 19 measures. We found the bed very comfortable, room was large enough, and quite modern compared to other options. Unfortunately we found razor packaging around the bed so the vacuuming was not done properly and what looks like black mould in the bathroom. The included breakfast is a bit on the expensive side but well balanced. Parking is not included and will cost you extra.

Excellent hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and immaculate. Current breakfast arrangements are in keeping with the current challenging times. A substantial breakfast is delivered to your door in the morning. Excellent value for money.

It's a central hotel, with modern rooms and car parking easily accessible. The staff we very friendly and the hotel was pretty quiet. The room was well cleaned even if there was some damaged things in the toilet. About the covid precautions, the sanitiser were everywhere and staff were using precautions. I find also nice the option to allow the cleaners in our room, good for extra precautions. The only disappointing thing was the food and beverage price, way overpriced. Overall, a good experienced.

Great location for a Exeter stay, a short walk from the John Lewis. Parking conveniently over the road. Rooms and bar/reception area looks like it all been recently done up and looking great. Room felt super special. Really nice decor & comfy bed. Reception staff were friendly and maybe even a bit sassy in a good way. Definitely recommend a stay here

The Jury's Inn is in a great location in the city center. It is a 20 minute walk from everything of interest. The cinema across the street is also very convenient. The bar in the lobby is a great place for drinks but 5he food menu is a bit pricey. The breakfast is a great deal with a great variety of food. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend it to future travelers.

Central quiet hotel. Room clean, slightly cramped with a double &a single bed. However for 1night it was adequate. Lovely to find they still provide soap/shampoo, with tea/coffee making facilities. Excellent buffet breakfast too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good choice if booked well ahead for a good deal. Bar staff could be more numerous on a Friday night, but the young lady on last night was excellent considering. Location good, and triangle car park was simple enough. Design of the bloody kettle/coffee thing was a bit silly, I ended up breaking everything! I’d come back.

5/ 5

Given five stars not because the hotel deserves to be given an actual 5 star rating, but because it is really good value for money, the bed was comfy and every member of staff I talked to was extremely polite and welcoming. The breakfast was great as well. My only criticisms are that the floor of the bathroom would flood every time I had a shower because of the rubbish shower curtain, and the sausages with the breakfast were rather poor quality. Other than that I had a very comfortable stay in a great, well priced hotel! Thank you
