So excited to see these ladies back and get my hair cut... finally!!! Had a lovely welcome and was the usual smiley and happy atmospher! Leanne has done an amazing job and so pleased with the results, as always. Salon felt safe a covid secure. Girls were reassuring and made it a great experience despite the masks and visors. Will look forward to my next appointment!!

I’m finally back in the salon chair with the amazingly talented Juliana, who just gets my hair! It’s curly, unruly but she takes time/effort to get that perfect glossy blow dry! Best of all, the way she applies creative balayage has me bouncing feeling a million bucks!

I went to this salon for a balayage .my hair was blonde and I wanted a change ! The girls in there we’re nice and was a good atmosphere, they dyed my hair I didn’t realise what will happen because I’m not an expert and honestly after they blow dry my hair it looked beautiful! I went on holiday next day , and in the evening I washed my hair , was an nightmare I cried so bad I couldn’t even brush it was completely damaged! I tried to stay like that to see a change but the hair was breaking in half, so I had find a salon to have a haircut , so my hair is short now after this unpleasant And traumatic experience !

I paid £50 for the worst haircut of my life. The salon was empty so no need to rush, but the stylist, Sou, kept huffing and puffing like she didn't want to be there and the whole wash cut and blow dry was done in half an hour - I had long hair that was having a few inches off. The stylist had clearly never been taught how to correctly layer hair (or just didn't care) and just cut a straight line, so now it looks like I have had steps cut into my hair by a small child with kitchen scissors. There was NO feathering or blending of the layers at all. The cut isn't even level the whole way round; I keep finding pieces of hair that are at least an inch longer than the rest. I couldn't tell the extent of the damage at the time as the blow dry concealed the terrible layering, but after walking home in the wind it was obvious. I feel the worst part is that I emailed them that evening with photos asking for another stylist to correct it for me and its been 3 days and they haven't replied. I booked via the Treatwell app on which they are so well reviewed - but having now looked at the 1-3 star reviews on there it seems that many customers have had the same issue with having layers done/terrible choppy haircuts across all the hairstylists, so I wouldn't dare go back to have it corrected, instead I'm going to follow up my previous email and ask for a refund. I would 100% never recommend this salon.

Went there today to get a perm done. Very friendly and great service. Esme who done my hair made it very enjoyable will definitely go again

My friends have referred me to this salon. They told me they are really good with hair colouring. So I messaged them on Instagram, went to their salon and manage to book an appointment. I asked for a Balayage hair and my hairstylist was Karolina. She did a really great job with my hair. I've never been so satisfied with hair salons before but they have exceeded my expectations. Love my hair so much and I will definitely come back to this salon again. I will totally recommend my hairstylist, Karolina, and the rest of Balayage team for doing a great job!

I visited for the first time to get gel nails. Service was excellent- really friendly technician, calm and relaxed energy and my nails look fantastic! Got a deal too, which was really nice. Would definitely recommend here for nails. I look forward to trying out some other services too.

I was in the right hands! I have a natural color and very long hair. I choose my hairdresser meticulously and this place turned out to be perfect! She made an olaplex and cut my hair. I am very pleased!!
