As an ex-sports activist, I have a few continuous injuries and decided to try out the deep tissue massage as the reviews online were great. After going there, I've been left with an incredible experience, the masseuse was very professional and great to talk to, the place has incredible vibes and comfort around it. For the price I would definitely say it was worth it and will most definitely go again if I have the chance.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Exactly what Moseley has been missing. Had a waxing treatment with Alison which was the best I have had in a very long time. Very professional, quick, painless, and she really puts you at ease. The new COVID-19 measures they have in place are safe and sensible and they have clearly thought carefully about how to make their customers feel safe.

Honestly, IcI rate this place any more highly. I came here on Friday for a wax recommended by my friend and I can't thank her more. Alison was very professional and friendly she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed even though I was really nervous. I booked in for my next appointment straight away! The actual salon is decorated beautifully and have a really calming ambience such a great addition to Moseley I really can't wait to try some of the other services. Thank you 😊

Alison does THE BEST gel nails I have come across (and I’ve tried quite a few places in Birmingham!). My nails are so healthy despite gel applications and removal every 2-3 weeks - which is all down to Alison’s skill. Moseley Haven have a great range of colours too. I also recommend the Swedish back massage. It’s incredibly relaxing and effective. The day spa setting really enhances the experience, providing a moment of tranquility and total relaxation.

Had my facial today with Ellie. When you first walk in the environment is honestly breathtaking. It really does pause your chaotic life and brings you into heaven for a day. Definitely heaven on earth no exaggeration! Both Ellie and Laura were very kind and professional. Ellie catered for my nut allergy in one of the products and used an alternative. She was highly experienced, friendly and made me comfortable. The procedure just makes you realise how important skin care is, and how it positively affects your mental health! Made me interested into researching the skin profession myself! Already booked 3 other treatments! 10/10 thanks gurls x

Absolutely the best facial in the world. Actually, it can't really be described as a facial - it's an experience. I cannot recommend highly enough. I feel completely relaxed and restored after I have seen Alison. My skin looks and feels much brighter and hydrated. Everything about Moseley Haven is amazing. The service is second to none, the environment is fabulous and everyone who works there is professional and kind.
