Besides the inconvenience we faced with lack of staff, couldn't say a bad thing about the staff that were on shift, friendly and really helped resolve our problem especially the manager Neil. My masseuse was Juma, lovely lady and let me know every knot and tenseness she was finding. However, my mom unfortunately wasn't happy she never got that commentary with the masseuse she had. But overall we really enjoyed it.

Probably the worst massage I ever had. The therapist didn’t seem to be involved in the massage. The room wasn’t very clean, and part of the body weren’t massaged. The session was only 50min when I was supposed to be 1hour. Very very disappointed. They’re using a famous address in the cube to attract people. But If you want to have a good time, go somewhere else. I had much better massages before. I won’t go back there.

When is the gym open again? I am a member still waiting for the reopening. I sent email showed on that gate and received the automatic response that the gym is not open in 2020. It has been July 2021.
