Really nice food and friendly staff. Nice that they had the Christmas menu alongside the normal menu too. I read quite a few reviews before I went which said about having to pay to park. You don’t. You do need to register your number plate inside the pub though or you will get a ticket. But it’s free which is great!

Lovely fireplace (bit smoky if you sit nearby) and good tasty food. Reasonable prices. The gammon was especially very tasty and comes with fresh pineapple and chunky chips and peas. The burger I had was big and couldn't even finish it. Came with skinny fries. Tried the hunters chicken from person I went with which was tasty but a bit dry, had better in other places. Came with chunky chips and 2 onion rings. Service was very good, very friendly and accommodating staff

Omg the roast dinner was so good. I'm so glad I didn't eat much for breakfast as the potion was very generous. I had the roast pork and trimmings and it was so good. I cannot say enough good things about this pub. Booking was simple, the service was friendly and efficient and Lucy who served us was so nice. Really lovely food and very reasonably priced. I will definitely go again.

Visited two weeks ago for dinner and now I got a parking fine notice. There were no obvious notices regarding registering car plate at the bar. Can you help to cancel parking fine notice?

Had the most lovely meal here today! The server Lucy was fantastic and really made the afternoon perfect for us. Properly excellent customer service. We will be back!!
