Don't open an account here. It's a student trap. They told me when I applied for a bank account that the 5 pound fee every month to have them use my money was normal, and banks such as Barclay's charge more. They lied. I checked with Barclay's and Oxford Brookes, and Santander is the only one that actually charges students to have an account. They lie. Especially as an international student, it's a trap. I do not suggest using them!
