Every single time you go in there there is a slow and long queue and only 2 members of staff and not very helpful. I do not recommend to go there if you need something sorted.

Ridiculously long queue, not enough attendants and unreachable branch manager makes for really irate hostile bank customers and unpleasant in branch experience. Barclay's do something about this....just coz you have our money doesn't mean you should take the in-branch banking experience for granted....

They were very helpful in getting my bank account set up and ready!
