Great service, always try to fit you in last minute, although you can book online, and they have a loyalty point system, held on line you don't have to carry a card, very relaxing, and friendly staff.

My first visit was 5/5 but unfortunately I had to call on the morning of my second visit to let them know I'd been called to a meeting in Bristol and would need to reschedule. I thought they may have been a bit more understanding of clients work commitments however they still asked me to pay a 50% cancellation fee. I decided not to reschedule and won't be going back. It's a shame that they would rather take a one off 50% fee than retain a regular client. In summary, I would recommend their services but don't book if you have a chance of something popping up as you'll end up paying for it!
