The location on Google is incorrect and they are aware of this. We've been waiting on hold for 30 minutes trying to figure out a way to get our car that's 5 miles away. Stranded. No one is picking up the phone. Correcting an address on Google takes all of three minutes, any competent business should be able to do this and should have done so prior to moving locations.

I hired a six seats multi van six days before the pick-up day, but when I went to collect it, it was

I hired a six seats multi van six days before the pick-up day, but when I went to collect it, it was not available and they could not offer me a proper alternative: my holidays were ruined. A big compensation was promised several times, but that never happened. I strongly do not recommend Avis nor Budget.
