Internet did not say the office closed at noon on Saturday. The young people were closing up but they stopped what they were doing so I could get the car I needed. Great public relations!

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Enterprise Cowley - I had two rental cars over a month or so, and I was bothering them with extensions and queries. All of the staff were really nice people, nothing but helpful, and I'd recommend their service to anyone.

Rented a van for the day to move house. On collection I was told not to drive over 55mph as the vehicle would shake violently (!). The van was also larger than the one we reserved (and therefore more difficult to drive). Obviously this was not an ideal way to move house and drive 120miles. The staff were helpful but obviously can't magic a working van out of thin air. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had similar issues with enterprise and will not be using them again. EDIT: Since writing this review I have asked enterprise for assurances that this van has been fixed and have not received any

I am really disappointed and now annoyed, I am trying to arrange the return of the car and there is nobody to answer calls, I've called probably 15 times today to find out what's going on, car was dirty when I got it and now I can't get rid of it. The worst experience ever. Zero communication, no respect towards customer, I guess I will be posting the keys to you unless someone make a contact ASAP!!!

Stay well away from this totally unprofessional company Rude staff in store and terrible customer service. What an absolute waste of my time and no apology or help Terrible is an understatement Don't use them !!!!!
