Some diesel pumps operate very slowly, they always say waiting for an engineer to come out. In addition they never have gloves or tissue available, claiming it’s on order but hasn’t arrived. This is not acceptable for a fuel station with customers handling fuel products. The standard responses are always to blame that they are waiting for orders or engineers. Personally I think they are cutting costs to try and save money but these are basics. I won’t be using them again.
