This is actually Park Crescent Surgery. It is impossible to get an appointment on the day (akin to winning the lottery) and, having been told to book on-line, can confirm that it is impossible to book an appointment on-line as well. To top it off, staff on reception and those who answer the phone are unbelievably rude, ignorant and unhelpful. Would actually give no stars but system defaults to one star......
