Absolutely awful customer service! My partner went in to order two glass table tops about 2 months ago. A1 Glass were meant to ring us back that day with a quote. When I rang them to follow up he said he had lost the measurements. So I went in to 'see' them and deliver the measurements myself (the guy was no where to be seen so I had to ring up and then he appeared!). They apparently had lost my telephone number too. Perhaps this could be avoided if they recorded telephone numbers for jobs properly rather than on the back of his notebook! Anyway he promised he would send off the measurements and get back with a quote that day.....one month later and numerous phone calls and false promises I have not had a quote until I rang for the 7th time this morning. The boss who said he must work with 'imbeciles' (very PC and professional!) gave me a quote over the phone which is what I have been waiting for the past 2 months. He wasn't very apologetic or willing to compensate much for the delay and poor customer service! I will not recommend them to anyone! Not even worth 1 star!
