Direct Services advertises on its website that it's a commercial arm of my city council and that it deals with pest control including pigeon infestation. I rang the advertised phone No ending in 988 and chose option 4 as it listed pest control. The lady that picked up the phone did not know anything aboutbpest control and instead gave a council No ending in 811. The lady who picked up the phone said they did not deal with pigeons and put me through to Direct Services again. After 7 min of waiting on the phone, I gave up. Four days later, they have not replied to my email. Non-existent customer service and inaccurate information on the website.

Had an honest M.O.T. test last year, so back again this year. As it's council run, They have no invested interest in failing one's car for profit. Update, found out they now do repairs so, they now do have a little invested interest.

I have regularly taken my vehicles to the ODS group for the past 7 years and recently brought my Nissan Trailblazer in for a full service, MOT and repairs. These were all completed on the same day. The vehicle was returned to me washed and cleaned. It was excellent value for money and I was reliably consulted on any extra costs. Many thanks and well done to all the staff who were involved.
