I am astounded by the rudeness of the reception staff! Working within the field of mental health myself I am well aware how demanding this type of job can be, but this is no excuse to treat people with such little respect. When you are unwell and worried what you need is a caring and sympathetic voice, not to be treated like a child. Try treating people with a little respect....it will make your job easier!

Receptionists are so rude. They need to learn some manners. Think they are above their pay grade. Some doctors and nurses are ok. Getting an appointment is a nightmare and some serious life threatening problems have been diagnosed elsewhere. Results take forever and blood results never come through. This place needs sorting. Would be zero rating If I could

2/ 5

The Drs service is fine, once you get to see one. The absolute mission you have to go through to get an appointment is a nightmare. The surgery is not fit for purpose. This includes the building, the website and the processes and procedures in booking appointments. I would not recommend to anyone in the local area. Sadly, I feel this is the same situation for many GPs surgeries at the moment, however, that doesn't mean it is okay and the public should ask for a service that works.

I struggle to find much to praise about the surgery. The website is indeed unfit for purpose, admin staff in particular often treat patients with disdain, and real health care is dangerously difficult to access. Encounters with nurses usually more positive.
