Purchased some architrave for around a door. Front of house and warehouse chap extremely helpful. Surprisingly cheaper and better quality than the likes of B & Q. Give them a try.

5/ 5

Alex White has been brilliant and beyond professional from start to finish. his attention to detail is second to none! we dealt with Alex first at Cribbs causeway but when we were ready to push the button on the kitchen, Alex had moved to the st Phillips branch. we dealt with another salesman at the Cribbs causeway but we felt the service just wasn't a touch on Alex therefore once I was told Alex was still with magnet but just moved to another branch, we moved our order to be back with Alex again! and we are so so glad we did!! Alex is a true credit to your business! I highly recommend anyone to deal with Alex white. Thank-you Alex !

Shocking after sales service, no interest in fixing their mistake and constantly ignoring my emails (very different to the service when they were trying to get my money). The only reason I went for Magnet over Wren was because of Wren's poor after sales, turns out I should have gone there!

A number of issues which caused a very stressful process and which lead to us incurring additional costs. The issues included problems with measurements that Magnet took, the delivery of the kitchen, the worktop delivery and the customer service received from them.
