Excellent service and workmanship. The initial meetings were smooth and helpful. Polarglaze are the first company to quote for what we wanted, not try to over sell us products/work we didn't want or need. We were called four weeks later once our new windows were made, booked in that week and installed in a day. Brilliant local company, highly recommended.

I've used Polarglaze on multiple occasions for doors and windows, they always do excellent work. I think most the people in my street used them too, they're well known locally as offering a great service.

Jaime was fantastic about suggesting ways to improve the window design and offered to adjust an existing door for free. One star because the installers refused to wear masks inside the house and Polarglaze would not reschedule to installation.

This is second time we used polarglaze and still they are one of the best choices in Cambridge if you are looking for modern, practical, good fitting , nice made doors and windows. This time we had our bi fold patio door and windows in the kitchen and living replacement. Very good communication with sale rep, Jamie, responsive and reliable also he will try to help you imagine the looking of new door and windows in your house. Surveyor Andy is very knowledgeable and understand structure very well , you can rely on their experience and professional knowledge for sure. We had been waiting for our products around 6.5 weeks and Darren rang us to prepare the house be tidy. On the day of installation, we are very lucky to have Ollie and Shane to fit our new bi fold and windows, which took around two days to finish the work, they are on time, tidy, responsible,careful and skillful. They always try to give us the best finish and went for extra miles. Polarglaze is one of the best companies in Cambridge for sure. Also they have 10 years warranty to customers, so no worries about the replacement for small accessories if they wore out naturally. Very happy customers!
