Went to have surgery for the first time in my life last week and the staff were all very understanding and patient with me. A nurse called Clare was especially good as she took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Very professional staff. Very clear instructions. Everything was sorted for me- pain meds, sick note, recovery instructions etc. So impressed and happy to have had my surgery at such a brilliant hospital. Thank you all.
