I have never had a good experience here. Rude or unhelpful. It has taken a week since they were issued my prescription to deliver it. Still not here yet. And no apologies.

I appreciate that staff are very busy but 3 members of staff totally ignoring a fellow customer who just wanted to pay for something is taking the biscuit. A simple "somebody will be with you shortly" wouldn't have gone amiss. The customer is definitely not king here - more like the dog's dinner. It's bad enough being ill but I feel much worse after visiting this pharmacy. Such a shame - a smile can go a long way.

Attended this pharmacy for a flu jab which l had booked weeks before to be told all appointments had been cancelled. I had no notification of this at all. Staff curt and very unhelpful. As others have also pointed out they are are poor at fulfilling prescriptions. They always ask if I have received a text, but they never send them. On several occasions I have been asked to go back another day although they have had the prescription from the doctor for 5 days. Very poor service.

Very very rude people ,every time they chit chat with each other, ignoring you are inside the pharmacy, you go for your prescriptions they say is not here, come back another time they don’t care if that medication is very important to you.Every time they are wrong because the medication is there they find a solution blaming the sistem.Never seen so rude customer service, especially in a place where people are in need. Hope is going to change something in the future but the staff needs lots of training.

Today I went to Rowlands Pharmacy in ivy close off Holloway and I had a terrible experience. Very unhelpful staff. I went to collect some antibiotics for myself (my doctor had emailed a prescription to the pharmacy) but the Pharmacist would not give this to me as he said he didn't have the prescription in the system. I showed the electronic prescription on my phone which states clearly the pharmacy address where this was sent but he was short and he didn't bother to check his email. I called my doctor back (I was on hold for about 20 minutes as doctors are busy those days! ) and finally I could talk to him. He told me that the prescription was definitely sent yesterday to the pharmacy in ivy close. I came back to the pharmacy and told them to check their email but a very unprofessional lady told me that she didn't have access to the pharmacy email address (she said that only one of her colleague had access to this but she was out of work). She wrote down another email address and told me to ask my doctor to send the prescription to this. How is it possible that a Pharmacist does not have access to the official pharmacy email address??? I asked her to please contact her colleague so she could forward to her my prescription but she was unhelpful and insensitive and told me that she would not call her colleague but suggested me to call 111 for an emergency prescription. So I had to leave the pharmacy again, call back the doctor, wait long to talk to him and finally tell him to resend the prescription to a different email address (the one the Pharmacist could access). Very stressful experience and a complete waste of time. When I finally came back to the pharmacy they made me wait long and they didn't ask if I was allergic or advise me on how to take the antibiotics. They could have accepted the electronic prescription on my phone (as many other pharmacists do) or be able to check their email but they caused me a stressful morning. Really negative experience. Do not go there.
