Ordered a new barrel for a upvc door lock wrong size came 2 days later phoned up they told me to take a picture alongside a tape measure i assured them it was the wrong size but they were really unhelpful it seemed like as if they were just trying to not send another one because it was too much trouble. So just hope they get the order right the first time.

Asked for a name to send a parcel back to them, was told to just make up a surname and they hung up on me. Not a nice way to treat a customer.

Ordered 10 x Yale handles online and paid extra £3 or so for next day delivery. The handles arrived the next morning and I am very pleased with purchase. A pleasure doing business with highly recommended.

Went here to buy a new lock for a new house. Had a nightmare swapping a regular lock for a thumbturn. Saw their lock catalogue on Amazon and decided it'd be better pop over and visit them directly. The person at the front was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Told me how to fit the lock correctly and I managed to sort it all out. Great customer service and no doubt be buying from them again!

I had an issue with delivery that was to do with our local delivery office. The customer service team was excellent. They sorted it straight away and sent the order with a different courier. No quibbling; just a solid company to deal with. Order was of excellent quality Top job

I purchased new window handles for all my windows. Excellent price, arrived quickly. My daughter (aged 10) and I replaced all the handles it was really simple. Three windows failed to open before this. Best of all we have 1 key to lock all the windows when we are away. 👍
