We had 4 large bay windows replaced. The original wooden windows had leaded lights. These were cleaned up and repaired and inserted into the double glazed panels. The refurbishment of the original leaded glass was done to a very high standard with new lead and the insertion is perfectly in the middle of the double glazed unit, effectively giving triple glazing. Very professional job. Also inserted a lintel where necessary, I know that on other houses in the street other companies have not done this. I have every confidence in this company

Elite Windows have just fitted new UPVC windows (and I kitchen door) to my bungalow. Excellent in every way, no hard sell and no tricks with phony discounts, just straight in with a reasonable price. Two guys did the fitting and did so in an efficient and professional way. I can't fault them - sales, price, quality of windows/door, fitting etc. Rare that I recommend tradesmen but I am happy to recommend Elite Windows, top company.

I got a full house done about ten years ago and was pleased then. Ten years on at new house we've had three put in the extension. A little bit dearer than another quote I got, but they are very good quality windows. My joiner said they're great frames (rehau). All good here. Thanks.

The door was the wrong colour that we ordered. We have had the remedial engineer out twice to fix the door and we are still not happy. Then got an email wanting payment even though the door is still not right. When you have been recommended a company you expect good service and for the money you are paying too

Rude customer service advisors! Had a front door fitted back in June and has taken three different attempts to rectify the problem and now myself & my partner have been told over the phone “we know who you are, you’re known in the office & not for the best reasons” is just the icing on the cake for us !! Be wary when using them!
