Was with the practice for a year, they helped me with nothing despite dozens of appointments about various serious issues. Both of the doctors interrupts everything makes you feel so rushed, however one at least puts things in motion and refers you to the places you need. Not to mention one of the albeit lovely nurses there messed up my test samples and had to uncomfortably do them again TWICE. Very bad at letting you know results even though they say they will and you always have to chase up.

Receptionist was remarkably nice. However, when I went to the doctor's he didn't listen to me completely and made me feel rushed and uneasy. I had written down my symptoms in full and instead of letting me explain my situation completely, he would stop me after every point, in which I only reached a few points in my symptoms list, and made me feel like he wanted to get rid of me asap. Didn't measure my blood pressure or check my heart, did not do any comprehensive evaluation to put my mind at ease. He didn't help my situation at all; offering no real advice, support that I wasn't aware of already, or medication to help ease symptoms. Now I'm going to have to go to A&E now because getting a GP appointment within the week is next to impossible and my condition is becoming unbearable in day to day life, all from a wasted and rushed appointment.

I have been a patient here for 10 years, i see Dr Garson as my main Dr. He has always been wonderful and caring and listens to my problems, something previous practices haven't done. The reception staff are excellent, they all are efficient and provide excellent customer serive. Kerry is an absolute STAR, she met my most recent needs with the best service i could have hoped for, I can't thank her enough. I have seen Dr Locham too from time to time for more minor health concerns and have always been happy with his attitude and feel that he again cares about his patients. I have never been to see either Dr and felt dissapointed with the outcome. Over covid the telephone appointments have always been prompt but i do miss the personal touch that the in person appointments had, I am looking forward to getting back to face to face with them.

Never met a doctor who cares less for the health of his patients. Doctor Locham is cynical, cold and passive aggressive. Very poor from someone who is supposed to be a 'doctor'.

I was with this medical centre for 4 years whilst I was at uni. The receptionists are great and the nurse is good. In relation to the two doctors there - Dr Garson and Dr Locham - I would say this. First, I used Dr Garson: he seems to be a competent doctor, at least this was the impression I got from a few phone appointments I had with him. However, when I had my first virtual video-appointment (due to Covid-19) he disappointed me for his lack of manners. This is because I had more than one health issue to report/get his advice on, and as soon as I finished the first one and moved to the second, he said: 'now, we will treat this issue, and once this is sorted, you can talk about the others', and when I was trying to explain that they were related, he basically closed down the video-appointment on my face (just like that!). After this, I changed my GP to Dr Locham. However, this GP also has a problem: he rushes you like he needs to catch a train ASAP! This is particularly unpleasant when you are trying to explain a difficult health issue and he interrupts you and makes you feel like you are wasting his time. So, if you have other options and do not fancy being mistreated or rushed through, maybe look elsewhere. Having said that, both seem to be knowledgeable doctors though.
