Dont even deserve one star. Receptionist lizzie (english accent) actually shouted at me to get out or she would ring the police and i was only picking up a script as i just severed my finger but needed photo id to get it even tho im standing in front of her with half a finger. Anyway at the end of the night when i got home police called to me saying she said i threatened her i was shouting and abusive. Police acrually called toe to say witness in the surgery proved otherwise and cctv showed me in a neutral body language with no sign of agression. She is in my opinion the absolute lowest of the low and ive actually heard from somebody close to one of the doctors shes having an affair with one of the married older doctorz. Wether true or not i dont know but wouldnt surprise me. I could go on forever about the wrongdoings and cocaine abusing but i wont reveal all at the start ill hold back

This is possibly the worst doctor's surgery around! The last 3 times my wife has been, she has had to wait at least 45 minutes after her appointment time - one of those times, we waited for a hour and a half!! The surgery phoned my wife last week and changed her appointment with the midwife for today and told her she could get injections during the appointment. When she arrived, they said it wasn't possible and she has to get the injections during the open surgery (where she'll probably have to wait for another 1.5 hours) Seriously poor service and extremely rude reception staff!

Absolutely horrible experience here. Takes far too long to get any appointments, but that in itself is fair enough given the NHS pressure. The worst part of the whole experience is that the vast majority of the staff, specifically reception, are incredibly rude and unaccommodating. Just all-round poor experience every time. Will be switching.

Good doctors, but appointment system is unfair particularly for working people having to phone at 8.30am to get an appounment as the system only shows appointments two weeks in advance. Nice doctors and nurses but appointment system needs looked at to be fair for everyone.

It's absolutely impossible to get through at any time to speak to a receptionist. The phone lines are constantly busy and when they do ring, it takes the staff about 10 mins to answer. The receptionists are pleasant when you do eventually get speaking to them, however, the doctors are quite abrupt. I am one for only seeing the doctor once a year for a check-up, as I consider myself to be a very good health. I dread to think how stressed I would be if I was trying to get an appointment to see a doctor as few times throughout the year. Seriously thinking of registering with a new GP practice and this one is getting worse.

Dundonald surgery has become a complete basket case. I have tried for 8 days now to get through to speak to a doctor. Phoned every morning, between 8.30am and 9am and despite probably 350 calls, never even got to speak to a receptionist (in 8 days). I'm without a prescription now, with no chance of probably ever getting it I thought maybe all surgeries were like this, until I was chatting to a friend today who is in Carryduff surgery. He told me had can ring anytime and always get chatting to his doctor within 24 hours usually and he actually went in recently, the NEXT DAY, to see his doctor, after a prior phone chat with him. I don't think I've even seen a doctor in Dundonald surgery in nigh on a year and a half now. It used to be a pretty good surgery, but its completely gone to the dogs now. That's not a reflection on the lovely nurses there, who are doing their best. However when it comes to a doctors consultations, forget it, you might as well diagnose yourself and buy your medication off the internet...because you have little chance of even speaking to a doctor, let alone seeing one. You have more chance of getting through to Santa Claus for a chat .

I've lived in a lot of places and this is hands down the worst GP I have ever been registered with. Called over 200 times in 30 minutes and couldn't get past the busy line cut off. Not only can you never get through, they only deal with admin for 2 hours a day at inconvenient times for an hour at a time. Do not register here it is a joke.

Been on the phone for an hour and a half. Was number 1 in the queue for 10min then continued to wait another 20 until I gave up. I wouldn’t mind but I was calling to answer a text saying to call ASAP.
