Staff are excellent they always do what they can to accomodate you. Theyre pleasant, and very helpful. Ive never had any reason to say different . I cant praise them enough, and this applies to the doctors as well. So a big thank you deom me!

My opinions that the doctors here suck major egg and aren't helpful for the most part bunch of crazy crackers!!!!!!

Phoning over a hundred times and still not getting put on the phone queue is ridiculous, this happens 99% of the time I try to phone. Even if I phone at exactly 8.30 or 2pm. New system is needed badly.

Utterly useless system for contacting a GP. Why are GP’s hiding away? Surely there must be a better way now that a majority of businesses are now up and trading normally. Having a phone consultation (if you can actually get through their mind numbing queue system) is nigh on impossible. Shameful

Disgraceful system in place to get in contact with a GP. Been trying all week and phone is always engaged. Decided to go private and now can't get the GP to complete the necessary form until I have a call with them - which I haven't been able to do all week! It's evident the receptionist are also frustrated with this system too as anyone I have spoken to this week have been very irrate. More options need to be made available to patients to deal with other medical issues and for everything not to be blamed on Covid.

Good luck getting through staff are fantastic phone system is rediculous
