Awful telephone manners, rude, unhelpful and not friendly. Doctors are also pretty useless here, just try and fob you off with medication for re occurring problems rather than actually looking into them. The useless staff here are clearly only concerned about their pay packet and not peoples health. I have moved surgeries to avoid using this place!

Never any problems getting an appointment, and the staff are really nice, all health centres should be this good

Very helpful staff and totally Coronovirus safe.

I thought they were particularly well organised regarding my Covid jabs. I have had both now, and I am very pleased to be fully vaccinated.

Quick and easy to book appointments, and nice and caring staff.

They forget to put repeat medication to pharmacy so its a problem when its urgent answer I forgot you'll have to wait er well I tell my diabetic type 1 son needles haven't been ordered not polite rude as if its my fault unhelpful

Can never seem to get through to them ever to make an appointment an left on hold for at least an hour. End up having to call 111 to have them get me an appointment instead an that still doesn’t work cause they never call me relating to a 111 call, I’ve only managed to have 2 appointments with a doctor over the past 7 years an they can never seem to sort the problems out. Fed up isn’t the word.
