Worst GP surgery ever! Staff are rude, service is awful and trying to get an appointment is like trying to win the lottery. Was told by receptionist "its not my problem" that all the appointments for the day were taken. When you call and try to book a GP appointment, they just say "we don't have any appointments available". When you ask "when will you?" they say, "we don't know, whenever the Drs give us more". So they expect you to call back every day on the off chance they may have more appointments at some future date! Bad luck if you really have something wrong!!! Absolutely abominable service.

Melbourne Surgery performance in 2020, has been to say the least very poor it was closed for far too long when surely with a little thought they could have negotiated using the Assembly Room where social distancing would not have been a problem. That said, we have to remember that doctors can also catch Covid and as we have seen some have unfortunately died with it in their system, also some doctors will be of high risk themselves let's not forget that. The main reason I have put pen to paper today is I have received a text telling me that the vaccine is not available at G Ps yet, I cannot believe that people are actually phoning the practice asking this question, do they not read the news or listen to instructions given out constantly, yes, Melbourne Surgery performance has deteriated this year but if people stopped pestering them over things they already have the answer to, it might give the receptionist more time to deal with task they are there for.

I have been a patient to this practice for two years and in two years I have never been able to get hold of the GP. I have tried everything, online booking telephone booking, walk in to the practice. I have never and I would like to stress, never, being called back or seen even whe the appointments were officially booked. My fiancé which is struggling with a not yet drug controlled epilepsy is experiency the same treatment. She has to deal daily with wrong prescriptions and a GP which is constantly ghosting her. Just to clarify this level of service is experienced by me and my fiancé since well before the beginning of this pandemic. Worst medical centre ever!

Giving 1 star because there are some GPs doing a good job. Absolutely shocking rude behaviour of the practitioner nurse when she speaks with patients. Your phone service is even worse. I do not know if GP and nurses like her realise they do not do a charity work here. People pay taxes to get this service. They do not even have to deal with high risk of Covid-19 like those in hospital.
