Receptionists are rude and can be clearly heard from the waiting area complaining about patients in a manner that has been reported numerous times due to safeguarding concerns and general impoliteness. Male doctors are nice and helpful for the most part but at the moment I am looking at waiting 3 weeks with no appointment in sight for an important issue. This is not the first time this has occurred. I am in the process of switching doctors which should have been done a long time ago

The doctors are good if you can get past reception in order to secure an appointment. One Receptionist in particular is extremely rude. When you call it's as though you are bothering her. She refuses to be helpful and tells you things like: why don't you write that in a fax I mentioned to her directly that I was going to complain and she said "go ahead I am not bothered" And you can tell she means it... she has no care for any particular individual or any situation and it's clearly just the job that pays for her. Avoid ringing on a Tuesday Or better yet avoid grumpy Marge..

When you have managed to get past reception to an appointment (it is like a literal battle), and your lucky enough to see one of the male doctors, then you should have an alright time. Dr Nayer however, is one of the most dismissive and rude doctors I have ever met. After listening to my sexual history, she decided to repeat it- in what seemed like the loudest voice possible. When I went in about anxiety/ depression, I was basically handed a prescription within 30 seconds and sent on my way. There have been a couple of other things with her, but if you join the practice make sure you don't have her as your main doctor. I now see one of the male doctors and he seems to love his job.

They where good but it now seems impossible to book an appointment.. Spent the last two previous days in a phone queue for an hour each time and just tried again on the 24/7 automated booking system at 3am in the hope it wouldn't be busy, still no luck

I have always been impressed with the doctors here. For me they have always given good amounts of time to the questions and ailments. Dr Milazzo is a very methodical doctor that really fault finds. I am glad to have gone here.

The doctors are amazing however the reception staff are so so rude! When you ring them up they are unprofessional and very hard to get through! I needed advice once and all I got was 'sorry, no appointments available, ring back at 11:30 and when I asked her if I needed to see a doctor for my condition they just said to ring back later on. Very disappointed.
