Quite possibly the worst run medical center in England. No organisation, No communication, No understanding of patient needs. Staff are rude, unhelpful and the furthest from polite and helpful as we are from the moon. This practice should be closed and the NHS should withdraw funding as I am really not sure if it is being spent correctly.

I did originally give this surgery 5 stars. I demoted them. The receptionist is rude (tall girl with hair tied back), the old Indian doctor is blunt and unfriendly (maybe because I'm white), they appear to not like black people and a patient stated this the other day when I was there. They seem to act like they are closing so don't care about what they do or speak to people. Real shame as I did like this doctors.

Janellie receptionist clearly tells me I cannot send my registration by email... even during a pandemic... then proceeds to argue that I have to find another surgery that will accommodate contactless.

Absolutely, disgusting, no patient care whatsoever. My mother a 81 year old heart patient, was told by a Reception 'Roma' on Monday 23 April in the morning that she keeps coming to make appointments. She only went as I had a text message from the clinic to say she should make an appointment to discuss medication. The Receptionist was rude, and really upset my mum. One star is to much to rate this clinic. Nina Munday
