All the doctors are amazing except for the receptionist she constantly picks up and hangs up so rude

All the doctors are amazing except for the receptionist she constantly picks up and hangs up so rude. And when I call them at open hours they never ever pick up. Horrible gp go anywhere but here it’s as if they don’t want to care for people at all By the way this is not just a 1time experience the amount of times this happened to me is unbelievable that the kindness of the rest of the staff just won’t cut it

Receptionists are helpful. Medical staff are pleasant. Easy to get an appointment but there is often a bit of a wait anyway. Emergency walk in staff don't always do so well. Told not to breastfeed by a doctor to the horror of my MW HV and LC. Generally my experiences have been good at the heron practice.

Absolutely shocking health centre, how can this even be open legally, I have taken my sister to get her blood test done 3 times now in the past month because they keep "losing" samples. SHOCKING. I'd rather drive 10 miles to get it done elsewhere. Would not recommend. When this closes down it'll be for the betterment of the community.

It takes multiple days to get through to reception and when they do answer they have no appointments. Reception staff are not helpful, asking irrelevant questions and giving lots of attitude instead of booking you in. The waiting time gets longer everyday although the waiting areas are empty. I have used this surgery for 10+ years and only visit when necessary as I know of the poor service.

Reception is horrible ... the speak to people coming the for help like they’re vermin.... they are the first point of contact and should try being a more friendly ..it’s is a customer service roll after all ...never had an issue with any of the doctors, they’re always polite and professional..just a massive let down by the reception staff

Would leave 0 stars if that was an option. By far the worst GP Practice in Leicester. Impossible to get through with the phone engaged all day. And when you finally do, the receptionist is so rude!

Horrible gp. The old lady with the white hair at reception is horrible and has poor customer service. I’ve seen her on multiple occasions treat minorities like they are dirt. You’ll be lucky to have the phone answered and when they finally do answer they will tell you they have no bookings. The CQC has clearly not investigated this practice thoroughly enough
