Customer service is very disappointing here and you ll 5% chance to get appointments because of their unhelpful staff. Whenever you call them advice you to call back or paracetamol and calls are busy. The NHS is paying for uk’s people but not focusing on their staff how rude they’re and how unhelpful. There’s no complaints about doctors, they’re so good but please focus on their customers service and keep surveys to rid off their old staff .

Its almost impossible to get an appointment at the doctors. Always have an issue with their online system and have to call to reset passwords. The link they provide is incorrect. When you try to reset password it doesn't work and more so their receptionist think they are doctors who can tell you whats wrong and what medication you should take. Samrina one of their receptionists is the most unhelpful person I know.

Doctors are good but the young guy receptionist is very very rude and arrogant and idiot , if someone comes at hospital they are sick so they are already annoyed and this idiot doesn’t know how to talk with them , never say sorry or any manners , and phones are always busy and that idiot guy show attitude like a boss , chilll you are just a worker at least you should do ur work properly instead of messing arround with other staffs , nhs said that don’t abuse our staff but they should watch their staff as well how they are behaving, instead of chatting and flirting with other staff they shoul give more important to patients ! I hope someone will file a complaint !
