Couldn't agree more with Charlene. Took 45 minutes to make my appointment, 40 minutes waiting after my appointment time to be seen. I required follow up. I was caught up in a delay because there was an accident. Whilst sitting in traffic I called the surgery to advise I may be late. It took 15 mins to get through and I explained my situation and was advised..................We have a ten minute rule, you will have to re--book. I was so flabergasted I did not know what to say. I have always found the way the surgery is run is appalling and this just confirms. I need another appointment and have just waited 8 minutes to get through. The 10 minute rule is obviously not a two way street.
