booked in for a 13:30pm, rather than being informed I’ve turned up to wait over an hour before being seen

Doctor kesani undiagnosed my son! Told me he was fine 2 days later my son had very bad ear infection which I was worried about it as he was pulling his ear and crying but the doctor re assured me he was fine 2 days later he needed antibiotics Disgusting I’ll be writing about it and make a complain to nhs Doctors like that need the license checked and knowledge

Disgusting doctors. Been in Northampton just over 12 months and this is the worst doctors I've ever seen.. reception no people skills at all and same for doctors.. asked to speak to practice manager but did not return my call.. Will be changing and hopefully find doctors who know what there doing...

worst run doctors i have ever seen and staff are rude as well like there doing people a favor by getging you seen

Never had any problems while I was Registered there,great bunch of doctors there,always willing to help if they can and give good advice.

Worst surgery i have ever been to can never get through on the phone and by the time you do no appointments left what a disgrace NHS well done for shutting them down onnthe 30th of November it was about time people's lives have been played with by this surgery that changes its doctors daily so you can't even get the trust of one doctor as you see a new face every day
