People are far to hard on the GP. There is a beautiful team here. People will always have something bad to say. It’s just how it is, simply, your never going to please everyone. But they impressed me. I will be will this surgery until the day I die. There is no point going to another surgery when this team knows me so well. I love it as soon as I walk in I’m greeted with “Hello zoeee!” Know matter who sits at the desk. Children all the through to the elderly are so welcomed here. People are far to harsh on this practice, I love them. Everyone needs to bare in mind this GP takes on hundreds of people weekly, and has hundreds and hundreds of people to help. The pressure must be insane, but I’m proud of them

I have to be honest, many people have reviews on this surgery. Here’s mine. I joined this surgery around 2-3 years ago. I joined during a time I had continuous throat infections which were very common for many, but life threatening for me. My first time being seen, was when I just rocked up because my infection blocked my airways, I was near this very doctors I registered myself to literally a week before. I walked in. With no appointment, needing medical attention because I was very, very sick. And I was nearby. Let me tell you I’ve never seen a team react so quick. You think Northampton A&E is fast to react. You haven’t seen this team react faster when there was a chance I was going to die. I had an infection which was acting as a physical barrier from my tonsils to the back of my mouth. And I was unconscious by the time I made it to Northampton hospital. 2 Doctors deserve credit but I can’t name them just in case for their privacy. I arrived needing urgent medical attention not once, but THREE TIMES. I became known as Maple Access possible sickest patient. My respiratory system deteriorated and my lungs grew weak. Every cold grew to infections, and infections (common ones) grew thick and mucus-like to the point I couldn’t breathe. Became deadly. Basically if the entire surgery didn’t react as they did, I wouldn’t be alive today. Another thing i want to mention, the mental health team is absolutely fantastic I prompt anyone to go to this surgery for ANYTHING. But to also respect the receptionists during busy periods. I’ve seen members of the public threaten, swear, and talk down on this team when they don’t deserve it. People who want to make sure your mental and psychical wellbeing is okay, do not deserve abuse. This GP is brilliant. I can’t stress that enough.

This is one of the most loveliest doctors GP I’ve been to. The team are very well knowledgeable, smart, and helpful. It’s a shame how demanding the public are, and most of all-how rude and abusive they are to the staff when they don’t deserve it. I viewed the bad reviews, and they’re pathetic. It looks as though people failed to turn up to their appointments on time, got in a huff, posted a bad review and left it has that, and for those complaining about the maternity nurses, the mothers are to demanding, and not well knowledgeable, there are many websites and charities that can support you, I do feel sorry for the maternity nurses, because they work so hard. This team is so kind. It’s like a family environment at Maple Access. It doesn’t matter who you are, they don’t judge you. It’s a good feeling x

Rude and unhelpful receptionists. I haven’t had an issue with nurses or doctors but receptionist are dreadful, so I try to go there only when it's absolutely necessary. I have seen them talking to other people the way they talk to me and it’s been 2 years I’ve started going there and nothing has changed since then. Also every time I call I am told something else about the same query, they should train them for basic information at least, in the end of the day they are the first point of contact and saying things like OBVIOUSLY IM NOT TRAINED, I don’t know + I don’t care attitude is not good enough. I don’t know if they hate their job so much or just people who go there and honestly I don’t care, but they are missing basic human decency.

Avoid like a fire.They do not give a F*** about You. It should be called clinic for addicted low life not for normal hard working people.It took 10 years to figured out that psoriasis is a skin condition and need treatment. Bloke who answering calls should work for O2 customer service.In 15 years has seen real doctor three times, very often nurse can not give you script. BIG WTF WASTE OF TIME.LIFE IS TO SHORT TO GET PROPER HELP FROM THIS PRACTICE.

Calling them to book a flu vaccine for my baby, it says all the phone lines are busy, and just gets disconnected. How is that supposed to work? So why am I not put on waiting, till the calls in front of me finishes. These calls go to the receptionists right, who basically take patient's information and tell them someone will call back. How ridiculous is it if even that's not being done, forget getting a call back. I understand how busy medical services are, but A&E are taking only life threatening emergencies. GPs are meant to support the community. It's really frustrating this whole thing is not getting anywhere.

I advice everyone to use Livi app and see a doctor online, from 2019 I struggle with a skin condition on back of my head and they never refeer me to a dermatologist even if I mention millions of time, always they put me to try new tablets or new creams... by the time I lost a part of my hair and nobody care, I used Livi and they refer me to dermatologist instantly, Maple is the poorest place to go and get help, sorry to say it.

I moved my son over to this doctors last year and myself and 2 daughters few mths ago. Dr stocks has been so helpful and always been on the end of the phone if I need advice with 2 of my kids health .

Worst GP surgery. They dont show compassion towards patients when they are worried, stressed or depressed ;instead they give an excuse that they are short staffed and ask us to wait for couple of days for a simple telephonic consultation.
