We really felt the difference over last winter after our house was properly insulated and our monthly gas bill has reduced by a noticeable amount. Good company to deal with, would definitely recommend acting on their money saving advice.

After multiple missed calls, I rang the number back and it appeared to be a cold call. I was told it was regarding loft insulation in my house- But they read out the address of my parents. When told I wasn't the home owner they starting offering "Loft MOT" in my current house. Wouldn't mind if I was a previous client but I have had no dealings with this company ever.

I had these guys over to our house for a quote (then INSISTED on me AND my wife being there - so felt a bit pushy in that way) and the product seems like a good one for super insulating your house and saving money but their sales approach totally killed what seems like a good product. They quoted over £8k for one days work to basically spray "special" foam between all the rafters. But then pressurized us to sign up for it for 20% off there and then without giving us time to decide. Might be a good product, but they are totally unprofessional and pushy when it comes to trying to finally sell it to you. Also, if you are expecting a quick quote, DON'T get these guys around. They will be with you for at least 60-90mins. I would have given more stars for their presentation, as he was quite convincing about the product. But their sales pitch was way too scammy and pressurized. They could have had a customer, but not it that way. Not impressed.

Whilst I appreciate a company should sell their product and be passionate about their product, this sales pitch took things too far. The product was being way oversold - being forced to go through a booklet on accreditations, being forced to watch two videos before any prices were discussed. The price that followed was quite frankly outrageous, and was then immediately followed by a huge discount if you sign up immediately and promote their company - very very strange. The one star is for the salesperson who was a genuinely nice person, however I do feel for their sales team who are clearly being forced to sell in such a poor way.

Very pushy sales tactics. Falsh information about damp readings in loft, most ppls lofts are gold this time year etc. Ridiculous quote of 6k......but then calls his boss, who was very rude when on speakerphone stating "well ill do it for 3k and if they don't like it that's their fault". Never had an experience like this before, WILL NOT BE HAVING THEM OR EVEN RECOMMENDING THEM. Also they don't stop calling me from the call center so I've had to block them

This is a very typical SALES led SCAMMER type of business. Before you make the payment, they call you every single day and make sure they come across as lovely peeps. AFTER PAYMENT - never hear back from them and when chased, one of their staffs send a very RUDE email to you DIRECT in your face. Don't be a fool like me and fall for their SALES team hoping that they are actually genuine. I'm filing a POLICE case against them and probably go to the TRADING STANDARDs. I'll be researching more on how I can take more actions as businesses like this should not be trading.

The installation was cleanly done and initial sales meeting congenital. However, after the job was done the follow up for final payment was very unpleasant to say the least .
